What are the store's operating hours?

Our store is open from 9 AM to 10 PM, and POGU Restaurant operates from 11 AM to 10 PM.

Yes, parking is available in our lot and the mall it’s completely free for all visitors!

Our store has a wide variety of selections, a korean restaurant, traditional temple food, rice bakery, seafood, and deli items. We also carry fresh vegetables, fruit, meat, ramyun, snacks, condiments, alcoholic beverages and well as cosmetics.

General Items: Returns accepted within 7 days with a receipt at the store where purchased.
Perishable Items: Fresh produce, frozen items, and refrigerator.

You can dine in without reservation but we recommend making it on weekends or special occasions. Reservations can be made in person, by phone, or through Open Table

What are Jagalchi’s business hours?

Open 7 days a week: Basquia: 7 AM – 9 PM; Pogu: 11 AM – 10 PM; Market: 9 AM – 10 PM

Jagalchi is closed on Easter, Thanksgiving and Christmas Day.

What should I do if I purchased an expired product?

If you accidentally purchase an expired product, please report it to the customer service center immediately.
We will remove the product from the shelves and offer you a full refund or exchange.
We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience.

If the item you want is out of stock, please visit our customer service center to find out when the next shipment will arrive.
We aim to replenish out inventory as quickly as possible.

Bulk orders are special services for corporate companies, churches and other organizations. 
For specific items, please consult store manager or customer service team for more details.

What should I do if there is an error on my receipt?

If an error was made by an employee, please bring your receipt to the customer service center where you made the purchase so we can correct the issue. We apologize for the mistake and will retrain staff to prevent future errors.

Due to the dynamic nature of the market, prices may vary.

A staff member may have missed updating the system with a corrected price.

If the scanned price differs from the shelf price, please bring your receipt to the store for review and adjustment.

We apologize for the inconvenience and will manage this system more rigorously moving forward.

Can I refund or exchange items without a receipt?

Refunds or exchanges are not allowed without the original receipt.

General items: Bring the item and receipt to the customer service desk within 7 days of purchase.

Refrigerated/Frozen items: Return within 24 hours with the receipt.
Alcohol: Refunds and returns are not allowed.

Opened items cannot be refunded or exchanged unless they are defective.
